Junior Account Executive

The ideal candidate should:
- Have 1 Year Office / Administration / Call Centre experience
(not necessarily in the Insurance Industry but that would be a distinct advantage) - Be used to high call-volumes
- Have the ability to process and administer commercial insurance policies
- Be able to communicate by phone with business insurance clients
- Be willing to learn and develop their career
- Have an Interest in the Commercial Insurance Industry

Customer Service Representatives
Insuremyvan.ie is Ireland’s largest van insurance broker. We focus on getting our clients low cost van insurance with great policy benefits while still providing excellent customer service. We are seeking a number of keen people eager to learn new skills and develop a rewarding career in the insurance industry. You will be provided with full training and work in a busy, modern Dublin 6 office. Immediate starts available for the successful candidates.
The successful candidates will need to:
- Have strong customer service & communication skills
- Provide excellent service to clients by processing all inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative
- Have great attention to detail
- Work within a busy team environment and meet strict deadlines
- Have experience in cross-selling and up-selling

Sales Executive
Insuremyvan.ie is Ireland’s largest van insurance broker. We focus on getting customers low cost van insurance while still providing great customer service and policy benefits. Our expert team only deal with commercial and van insurance and have a wealth of knowledge in the commercial insurance industry.
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Executives to expand our team.
The successful candidates should have:
- 1 Year Office or Contact Centre experience (not necessarily Insurance but that would be a distinct advantage)
- Have strong customer service, sales and communication skills
- Be used to high call-volumes
- Have experience in cross-selling and up-selling
- Willing to learn and develop their career
- Interest in the financial services industry
- Have an friendly attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative
- Have superior written accuracy and attention to detail
- Have an APA or CIP qualification (or working towards either)
- Be familiar with the ‘Relay’ quotation system (desirable but not essential)
